The Wintergreen Arts Center can make anyone's (12 months and older) birthday extra special with a fun, hands-on Art Party.
Birthday Parties are a Piece of Cake At Wintergreen!
The Wintergreen Arts Center can make your child’s big day extra special with a fun, hands-on Art Party! Our experienced party planners can help you organize a fun and creative party for ages 12 months and up.
Each Child Receives:

Exclusive use of the Wintergreen Arts Studio for an hour and a half
-
60 minutes of an instructor led art project and other creative activities
-
30 minutes for cake, juice and opening presents.
Party Planning at a Glance:
Birthday parties at Wintergreen Arts Center start at $175 for 10 party guests. Additional guests are $12 each, with a maximum of 20. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the space.

Enjoy private use of the Wintergreen Studio with an art specialist and party assistant who will guide party guests through an hour and half of fun-filled activities.

Simply select your party theme and any extras from the choices below--we do the planning.

A double layer round 8” cake and personalized juice box are included in the package. A larger decorated cake is provided for parties with 12 guests or more. Please check with our party consultant to learn more about our additional menu items and themed food platters. Please note that we cannot allow outside food in the facility--other than specialty birthday cakes from a licensed provider.
Scheduling your Party
Birthday Parties are very popular and space is limited, so please book your child's party at least two weeks in advance. Party times are available on Saturday from 1:30 pm - 9 pm, and Sunday 10 am - 5 pm.
Theme Parties
Throw your special boy or girl a special party! Relax and enjoy the celebration while our staff create the party of your child’s dreams.
Our party packages start at $175 for up to 10 children. Party packages include: up to 10 guests, a theme centered art project and game, cake or cupcakes and personalized juice boxes. Having a larger group? $12 per additional guest with a limit of 20 guests. Themes include (but are only limited by our imagination):
Party Themes
Marble Party…Create a marble maze for a marble race, paint with marbles and learn the old-fashioned game of marbles.
Fancy Tea Party…Ooh-la-la! Brew up an exquisite tea party steeped in charm for your friends and family. Invite your guests to bring their favorite stuffed animal or doll to join them at the table.
On The Farm: Cowboy/Girl Party… Yee-haw! Horse-lovers, cowgirls and cowboys can celebrate their big day with a whoop and holler.
Pirate’s Treasure Hunt Party...Show off your treasures with a pirate necklace, don’t walk the plank, limbo under it, find treasure buried and long ago forgotten.
Princess & Prince Party…Get dressed for the ball, read a fairytale, create crowns, have a magicaltreasure hunt, and pretend in an enchanted forest.
Secret Agent Mystery Party…Participate in solving a real art mystery, learn about fingerprinting and use a secret code.
Space Adventure Party…Build and paint aliens and planets, participate in a galaxy treasure hunt.
Transportation Party…Create your own car track painting, race cars on our race track, play red light ~ green light, then set-up your own race track with colorful traffic cones.
Under The Sea Adventure Party…Collect treasures for your grotto at the scavenger hunt, create and decorate sea creatures, and “swim” the underwater décor.

Candyland Party…Become a Candyland game piece as the game is played throughout the arts center, stopping in such places as the Gumdrop Pass, Molasses Swamp and The Peppermint Forest. Meet at the King’s Castle to make a cereal necklace.
Carnival/Circus Party…Enter a carnival full of games and prizes! Play games and use your tickets for prizes. Munch on popcorn, create a clown face and have one delightful time!
Haiiwan Luau Party… Create a tropical paradise with homemade flower leis, grass skirts, and hula dancing.
Pampered Spa Party…cucumber facials, nail painting, make your own lip gloss or body glitter. Be pampered like in a real spa in pink terry cloth robes.
