Local Artisan Willow Cyr will be selling  handmade pet items including her \u201cPuppy Paw Balm\u201d at the second annual Kids\u2019 Only Art & Craft Fair at Wintergreen on Saturday, April 27<\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Presque Isle, Maine<\/strong>\u2014Come\nsupport young, local artists and crafters at a unique Kids\u2019 (Only) Art & Craft\nFair on Saturday, April 27, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the Wintergreen Arts\nCenter.  Kids-only vendors will be\nselling their own creations including artwork, handmade magnets, pet products,\nslime, of course, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission is free to the public and everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is such a great learning experience for these little\nartists and craftspeople,\u201d said Melanie Cyr, Wintergreen\u2019s private party and\nevent planner.  \u201cThey have a goal to work\ntoward and a deadline to make.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyr believes participating in the fair is a confidence\nbuilder for children, a chance for them to speak for themselves about something\nthey feel excited about and are proud to create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe vendors will also have the chance to work with money and make change,\u201d Cyr added.\u00a0 \u201cPlus the added incentive of maybe making a little for their pocket too, but most of all I hope these little entrepreneurs have fun in the process.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vendors may pair up and share a table or go solo.\u00a0 They must be younger than or 18-years-old, and bring their own table (6-foot max).\u00a0 The cost is $20 and each vendor needs to find a sponsor\u2014a parent, relative, business, or friend\u2014and fill out a contract.\u00a0 Sorry, no home-baked food items for sale.\u00a0 Interested kids or sponsors may call (207) 762-3576.\u00a0
