\"Vighetti,<\/a>Presque Isle, Maine<\/strong>\u2014Wintergreen Arts Center recently welcomed Tara Smith Vighetti to its board of directors.\u00a0 A native of Aroostook County, Vighetti is president and CEO of Smith Packing, Inc., the marketing arm of Smith\u2019s Farm, Inc.<\/p>\n

\u201cTara brings amazing business and marketing skills to our board,\u201d said Dottie Hutchins, Wintergreen\u2019s executive director.\u00a0 \u201cShe is a member of the sixth generation at Smith\u2019s Farm, the largest broccoli grower on the East Coast.\u00a0 We are grateful Tara\u2019s heart remains here in The County and that she is passionate about the arts and giving back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vighetti said, \u201cNothing of value can be made or marketed without creativity.\u00a0 Fostering love of ideas and providing a setting to explore them is essential.\u00a0 I was given these tools and opportunities growing up and am excited to be involved with Wintergreen Arts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vighetti splits her time between offices in Presque Isle and St. Augustine, Florida, where she oversees nationwide marketing and sales for Smith\u2019s Farm and the Stag Brand.\u00a0 Smith\u2019s Farm grows, harvests, and ships broccoli year around from Maine, Florida, and California.<\/p>\n

Vighetti and her husband Steve currently reside in St. Augustine, Florida, with their two young children.<\/p>\n
