Wintergreen supports local artists through monthly gallery exhibitions. Our signature holiday events welcome family members of all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operating support funding from the Morton-Kelly Charitable Trust allows Wintergreen to meet its goal of intentionally serving economically challenged families through a scholarship program for its After School and Summer Arts Programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the 2024-2025 academic year, Wintergreen\u2019s After School Arts Program served 156 children through visual and digital arts classes. Affordably priced at $75 per 6-week session, scholarships are also offered to remain inclusive of any child who wants to participate. No child is turned away thanks in part to funding from the Morton-Kelly Charitable Trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our 2025 Summer Arts Camps served 287 children. Wintergreen\u2019s Art with HeART program in partnership with the Presque Isle Housing Authority celebrated its ninth summer in the Birch Street Neighborhood. This unique relationship-building program is FREE to all area youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 1988, the Morton-Kelly Charitable Trust connects people and place through the arts, culture, and the natural environment. The Trust supports conservation, preservation, culture, and education throughout Maine.
